The origins of our business date back to 1994, when the company was organised as a sole proprietorship. The increasing amount of work and growing number of employees necessitated an organizational change, and in 1996 company Krasinvest, gradbeništvo, inženiring in trgovina, L.t.d., Sežana, headquartered in Sežana, Partizanska cesta 30, was established.

At first, the Krasinvest L.t.d. company offered three programmes to its clients, namely engineering contracting, design and supervision. In 2001 the property valuation programme was introduced, and in 2007 surveying services were added to the offer.

Krasinvest L.t.d. Sežana aims to become the leading company in the field of engineering, design, supervision, surveying and property valuation in the Littoral-Kras region.

Our company’s mission is to achieve – along with our investors – a higher standard of respect for and recognition of our profession in the field of spatial planning and spatial interventions. It is also our mission to meet the needs of our employees, especially their social security and personal development.
